The purpose of this conference is to bring together mathematicians and engineers from all over the world in the related research areas to present their recent research results, to exchange new ideas and to discuss challenging issues. The conference aims at identifying pressing issues and important research problems in this broad area. Through the conference, we encourage communication among different disciplines and between theorists and practitioners. We foster research collaboration among the participants in solving pressing and challenging research problems in these fields.
