Directions for Plenary Speakers and 40-minute Speakers

We have arranged accomodations for the plenary speakers and invited speakers (40-minute speakers), who do not have accomodations in Beijing, during the conference. We assume that all these plenary speakers and invited speakers would check in on June 16 and check out on June 22. Therefore, if you, as a plenary speaker or invited speaker, would use the exactly accomodation we provide, then you do not need to submit an accomodation form. Otherwise, if you do not need the accomodation we provide, or your accomodation schedule is different from what we assume, you have to tell us by sending an email to hzzhang11@hotmail.com.
