Visa Information for Abroad Participants
In case you would need a visa to enter P. R. China, you should apply for your visa as soon as possible. There are two kinds of chinese visas that are appropriate for our conference participants.
- L Visa: Issued to an applicant who comes to China for tourist purposes, family visiting or other personal affairs.
- F Visa: Issued to an applicant who is invited to China for visit, research, lecture, business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges or short-term advanced studies or intern practice for a period of no more than six months.

It is much more convenient to apply for a travel visa (L Visa). You can apply for a travel visa directly. We encourage the participants to consider L Visa whenever it is possible.
If you plan to apply for a visit visa (F Visa), you should fill in the visa notification form below. For your convenience, there are two file formats for the visa notification form for your choice (Pdf and Word). Please send the completed form to the organizing committee using the email address: hzzhang11@hotmail.com. Based on the information you provide, a visa notification letter will be sent to you by post. You should take the notification letter together with your official inviation letter to apply for a visit visa.
